26 Jan Your Data: How It is Used and Protected

Upon enrollment and during the course of a child’s time in our program, we ask for personal information that we use and/or are required to collect for the City of Seattle, Seattle Parks and Recreation and state licensing requirements. However, all information relating to children and families is limited to those members of staff who need to know, and will be treated as confidential. We store our files primarily online in our secure database or when on paper in locked file drawers or cabinets per WAC 170-295-7010. Data is not shared outside of Tiny Trees except with your permission (for example if you wish to enroll for after care with the City of Seattle we will ask you if your data can be shared with their admissions office).
