01 May Announcing New Seattle Parks Foundation Partnership!
Spring is a time of new beginnings at Tiny Trees Preschool and we are excited to announce a new partnership with the Seattle Parks Foundation! As of Monday, April 30th, the Seattle Parks Foundation will be the fiscal sponsor of Tiny Trees Preschool. Seattle Parks Foundation serves as a fiscal sponsor for roughly 60 community groups across Seattle — ensuring they have the administrative, fundraising, communications, and advocacy support they need.
It should be known that we really love parks here at Tiny Trees. We can’t imagine a more fitting partnership and are honored to deepen our relationship with the Seattle Parks Foundation, a trusted organization that is a pillar of our community. Seattle Parks Foundation supports networks of community, philanthropic, and public-sector partners to create and sustain a thriving system of public spaces throughout the city, and advocates for public policies and investments that improve the health and happiness of all Seattle residents. Tiny Trees is a young, growing organization, and we are grateful for the opportunity to learn from the Seattle Parks Foundation as we evolve and mature, continuing to activate public spaces and serve our community.
What does this mean for Tiny Trees donors? Under the fiscal sponsorship agreement, donations can be made to Seattle Parks Foundation to support the Tiny Trees project. Seattle Parks Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Please contact Katie Weiss at firstname.lastname@example.org or 206-701-0245 x 7 for questions about your giving.
