Tiny Trees Preschool is looking for passionate folks to join our Leadership Team in July!

MANAGER, OPERATIONS & PARTNERSHIPS

In service of our Tiny Trees community, as the Manager of Operations and Partnerships you will, manage contracts and relationships with service partners and provide operational management functions to ensure a high functioning organization. You will also provide leadership in managing the recruiting, hiring and on-boarding of classroom teaching teams and substitutes and manage the substitute teacher pool.  The Manager of Operations & Partnerships serves as a member of the executive leadership team. Click the link above for more details!

Salary and Benefits: This is a full time exempt position. Salary range is $48,000 to $52,000/year. Benefits include:  Health insurance stipend or full gold level health insurance through Kaiser Permanente; employer retirement contribution after six months;  technology stipend and paid trainings. Two weeks paid time off (PTO) plus 10 holidays (PTO) and some school closure days (total paid time off: 5 weeks).

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER- .5 FTE

The Administrative Manager works with the CEO and the other members of the leadership team to translate the organization’s strategic goals into action.  The Administrative Manager will ensure that Tiny Trees has strong systems, policies and processes in place to support our work strengthening Tiny Trees classroom across Seattle and King County.  They will provide leadership in the areas of finance, day-to-day operations and human resources management, within the bounds of a half-time position. Click the link above for more details!

Salary and Benefits: This is a half time exempt position (20 hours per week). Salary range is $32,000 to $36,000/year. Benefits include:  Prorated health insurance stipend or full gold level health insurance through Kaiser Permanente; employer retirement contribution after six months; technology stipend and paid trainings.  Two weeks paid time off (PTO) plus 10 holidays (PTO) and some school closure days (total paid time off: 5 weeks).
