OVERVIEW OF THE 2022-23 ENROLLMENT PROCESS

We begin our enrollment period with currently enrolled families who have the option to re-enroll for next year. Current families will have access to our 2022-23 school year enrollment in March. Next, we send staggered waves of registration invitations to all families who submitted an Interest Form. Lastly, registration is opened to the public for everyone to access on our website. Please scroll to the bottom of this page for the enrollment portal.

To complete enrollment for the 2022-23 school year, there is a non-refundable $50/student registration fee that goes towards administrative costs and a $350/student enrollment deposit, which is used to secure your student’s spot and then credited towards June’s tuition. The enrollment deposit acts as payment guarantee for Tiny Trees in the event of an early withdrawal, including if a family withdraws during the period between registration and the start of class. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of early withdrawal.

ENROLLMENT ELIGIBILITY

Please visit our Preschool page to learn more about our preschool program and eligibility.

To be eligible for the upcoming school year, students should be at least 3 years old by August 31st and have not yet turned 6. All students should be comfortable using a portable potty with minimal teacher assistance prior to the start of class.

Until further notice, we plan to maintain our COVID 2021-22 school year health and safety measures; all students will need to wear a mask or a face shield when in close contact with others/when physical distancing isn’t possible. All students should be potty independent and comfortable using a porta-potty with minimal teacher assistance.

Unlike indoor programs, children will need to frequently negotiate layers of clothing on their way to and from the bathroom. Therefore, the ability to regulate toileting is an important skill for an outdoor preschooler to develop with the support of our educators and their families. We make accommodations to include children with known or suspected disabilities or developmental delays in our program. However, we do not have diapering facilities on site. Please contact us at admissions@tinytrees.org to discuss any accommodations needed for your child.

2022-23 PROGRAM WAITLIST

Our waitlist is created annually during our enrollment period. When a program fills up (has reached the maximum number of students) and its enrollment is closed, families are welcome to sign up on the program waitlist for their preferred program/s. If/when any spots become available in a previously closed/full program, we notify families on the program waitlist. This occurs whenever a spot opens (whether it’s in the spring or summer before school starts, or after the school year has begun). Some programs are more popular than others, so waitlist lengths vary. We cannot guarantee that families on the waitlist will be able to enroll.
